Our Treadmill sessions are 60 minutes in length (35-45 minutes on the SkateMill with a 10-15 minute dynamic warmup prior to each session). Each athlete will receive direct instruction from a professionally trained coach standing “3” feet away. The front of the treadmill is equipped with an industrial mirror that allows the athlete to see themselves and apply the proper mechanics being taught. A “Go Pro” and iPad will be utilized to capture the largest viewing angle of the athlete, assisting with the instruction. Our coaching staff will maintain stats on every athlete so progress can be tracked, measured, and documented. NUMBERS ARE FACTUAL and TRUTHFUL.
Each hour-long session will consist of 3 athletes working on a rotational basis. The sessions are geared to each individual athlete which allows the coach to work with any ability level. Our instructors will do their best to schedule the athletes with like age/ability; three at a time. For example, we will not put a Squirt with a Collegiate Player.
