The stated weeks are the recommended time period to complete purchased sessions. The athlete’s conditioning and other weekly commitments will dictate the number of weekly training sessions. Depending on the athlete’s current level of power and efficiency in the stride, noticeable improvement will vary for each skater. The average athlete skating 20 sessions over 3 month period can expect increased efficacy and muscle memory within of the stride. An athlete skating once a week will have a hard time developing needed muscle memory to see marked improvement.

Once you’ve purchased a package, time to schedule your session.
Multiple blocks available Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 4:00 – 7:00 pm (time slots to be added to accommodate additional athletes) The “Schedule Now” button will generate an email to the Northern Elite Training Facility. Please indicate your preferred time block and days of week to train. Athletes will not skate more than “3” times a week and never on consecutive days without Head Coach approval. All Athletes are scheduled out three weeks at a time and adjusted thereafter.
The General Manager/Head Coach will fill each of the hour with “3” athletes of similar age. An email will be sent to the athlete within 48 hours confirming the first three week schedule (conflicts that arise with the athletes scheduled date should be addressed no less than 48 hours from scheduled session or session will count towards SkateMill package). SkateMill athletes are encouraged to train in shorts or sweatpants unless instructed otherwise from a coach.
