SKATEMILL TRAINING
Not only is the Coach providing instantaneous feedback while on the SkateMill; the coach utilizes video footage to more closely evaluate each player’s stride. Progress is tracked, measured and documented. NUMBERS are factual and TRUTHFUL. Each hour-long session will consist of no less than “2” athletes working on a rotational basis.
THE BLADE TREADMILL
The Blade Treadmill from Woodway is the ideal training equipment for all levels of skaters. Ranging from the Beginner to the Seasoned Professional, “The Blade” promotes stride efficiency, development and endurance. It is the ultimate machine for developing technique and overall skating abilities. The Blade is used in a controlled environment with trained instructors 3 feet from the skater. Each of the skaters are hooked up to an industrial grade harness to provide safety should an athlete fall on the SkateMill.
The Blade also allows skaters to work on their passing, stick handling and shooting while maintaining the skating points of performance. The benefits of the SkateMill are plentiful but are focused on:
- Stride Development and Full Extension,
