SKATEMILL PACKAGES
The number of weeks are only a recommended time frame to complete the purchased sessions.The athlete’s conditioning and other weekly commitments will dictate the number of weekly training sessions. Depending on the athlete’s current level of power and efficiency in the stride, noticeable improvement will vary for each skater. The average athlete skating 20 sessions over a 3 month period can expect increased efficacy and muscle memory within the stride. Each Athlete’s journey is going to be different and thus training will be focused on those efforts.
BOOK A TIME
Upon purchase of a selected package, we will reach out to schedule the Athlete’s first session and provide what to expect when arriving at the Northern Elite Training Facility.
Athletes will not skate more than “3” times a week and never on consecutive days without Head Coach approval.
The General Manager/Head Coach fills each session with “2-3” athletes of similar age / ability. An email will be sent on Friday to all Athletes for the following week’s schedule (conflicts that arise with the athletes scheduled date should be addressed no less than 24 hours from scheduled session or session will count towards SkateMill package). SkateMill athletes are encouraged to train in shorts or sweatpants unless instructed otherwise from a coach. Finally, NO athlete will be allowed on the SkateMill without signing the online waiver below. If you have any questions/concerns please use the Contact Us section to speak with the General Manager.
